MailStruck's reputation and deliverability rates are shared across all our senders. To protect the integrity of our platform and ensure high inbox placement for everyone, all users must adhere to this Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy. By using the Service, you agree to these rules.
1. Consent and permission (anti-spam rules)
MailStruck operates on a strict permission-based marketing model. You may only send emails to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive communications from you.
- Proof of consent: you must be able to provide proof of opt-in consent for every contact on your list if requested.
- Prohibited lists: you may not use purchased, rented, scraped, third-party, or co-registration lists of any kind.
- Unsubscribe mechanism: every marketing email must include a clear, conspicuous, and functional unsubscribe link. MailStruck automatically appends a one-click unsubscribe link to all campaigns; you must not attempt to hide or disable it.
- List hygiene: you are responsible for maintaining a clean list. Accounts with consistently high bounce rates, spam complaints, or unsubscribe rates may be subject to review, throttling, or suspension.
2. Prohibited content and industries
You may not use MailStruck to create, send, or host any content that is illegal, offensive, harassing, or deceptive. Furthermore, due to historically high abuse rates that jeopardize platform deliverability, we do not allow businesses operating in the following industries to use the Service:
- Illegal goods or services
- Pornography or sexually explicit content
- Escort services or mail-order bride services
- Pharmaceutical products (including prescription drugs)
- Work-at-home scams, "get rich quick" schemes, or multi-level marketing (MLM)
- Gambling services or products
- Cryptocurrency, initial coin offerings (ICOs), or unregulated digital assets
- Credit repair or debt settlement services
- Counterfeit products or copyright/trademark infringement
- Content promoting terrorism, violence, or hate speech
3. Content subject to additional scrutiny
Certain industries are prone to higher-than-average spam complaints. Accounts operating in the following sectors will be subject to closer review and may face stricter sending limits:
- Online trading, day trading tips, and forex
- Nutritional, herbal, and vitamin supplements
- Real estate and mortgage brokers
- Online dating services
- Astrology and daily horoscopes
4. Authentication and abuse controls
To protect our network, MailStruck enforces the following technical controls:
- Domain authentication: you must verify your sending domain and configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records before sending campaigns.
- Progressive sending limits: new accounts are subject to automated sending limits that increase as a positive sender reputation is established.
- Automated suppression: MailStruck automatically suppresses hard bounces and spam complaints to protect your sender reputation.
5. Enforcement and suspension
MailStruck utilizes both automated systems and human review to monitor compliance with this policy. If we detect abuse, high complaint rates, or violations of these rules, we reserve the right to:
- Throttle your sending speed.
- Suspend your account temporarily pending investigation.
- Terminate your account permanently without a refund.
6. Reporting abuse
If you believe you have received spam from a MailStruck user, or if you need to report a violation of this policy, please forward the email with its full headers to info@mailstruck.com. We investigate all reports of abuse promptly.
